When your body is going through significant change — whether that's weight loss, a health diagnosis, hormonal shifts, injury, or the cumulative effects of a demanding life — muscle, bone density, and functional strength are often the first casualties. And yet they're the foundation everything else is built on.
The challenge isn't just getting active. It's knowing what to do, how much your body can handle right now, and how to build in a way that protects and prepares you — not just for today, but for the decades ahead.
That's where clinical expertise matters. As an accredited Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapist, I work with women to develop exercise that is tailored to their health status, physical tolerances, and long-term goals.
Not generic. Not guesswork. Evidence-based, individualised, and built around you.

If you're a woman navigating a health challenge — whether that's managing your weight, recovering from injury, dealing with a medical diagnosis, or simply noticing that your body is changing in ways you didn't expect — you're in the right place.
My work sits at the intersection of clinical exercise science and real-world women's health. I believe that building and preserving muscle is one of the most powerful things a woman can do for her health — not just right now, but for the decades ahead.
I hold postgraduate qualifications in both Exercise Science and Physiotherapy and am an accredited Exercise Physiologist. My clinical practice draws on years of research, university lecturing, and hands-on experience. I am currently completing a PhD examining the effects of GLP-1 receptor agonist medications on muscle composition — an area that is reshaping how we think about weight management and exercise prescription.
I understand that health challenges don't arrive neatly, and that the right exercise approach needs to fit your body, your life, and your goals — not a generic program. That's what I bring to every client I work with.
If you'd like to stay connected, I share practical, evidence-based guidance and am about to launch a regular blog and email community — and I'd love to have you there. When you're ready to work with me, I'm here.
